 Rihanna finally opens up about her relationship with Christopher Brown in the newest issue of Rolling Stone, out on news stands January 31, 2013. 

"I decided it was more important for me to be happy. I wasn't going to let anybody's opinion get in the way of that. Even if it's a mistake, it's my mistake. The Weekly Round Up

1. Chrianna and other Chris Brown foolery

Rihanna and Chris Brown have been "working on [their] frendship" for a little while now, and I think it's becoming clear that they are more than just friends now. Last week Rih took to her instagram to post a picture of her and Brown sharing a warm embrace, and Of course, this photo sent all of the Navi and Team Breezy into a frenzy. Some people don't approve of this reunion between Rihanna and Chris, but personally I'm not really moved by it. It's not my life nor my problem, and the fact of the matter is...this kind of thing happens everyday in the regular world. Their situation is only glorified because of who they are.

In other news, Christopher was also involved in a twitter war with Jenny Johnson this past week. Honestly...I don't even have too much to say about this. I just remember a time where Chris's name was only associated with nothing but positivity. Now he seems to always be engulfed in some type of drama, and I really just wish that we could get back to the music and not his personal life because his talent is starting to become overshadowed by all of this extra nonsense.

2. Boy Meets World Returning?!

This is actually happening! I, along with many other 90's babies, will get to relive our childhood! It has been announced that Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel will be reprising their roles as the beloved Cory Matthews and Topanga Lawrence in a new Disney spin off of the 90's classic series Boy Meets World. This new series will be called Girl Meets World and it will follow the life of Cory and Topanga's daughter. Unfortunately, Rider Strong who played Shawn Hunter will not be returning to the cast, which is kind of sad. However, I am still very excited!

3. No More Elmo?!

It was a sad day in history when America learned that Kevin Clash, the puppeteer and voice of Elmo on Sesame Street, resigned. Unfortunately he has been accused of participating in an underage sexual relationship, and a lawsuit was filed against him. This is what he had to say: 

"I am resigning from Sesame Workshop with a very heavy heart. I have loved every day of my 28 years working for this exceptional organization. Personal matters have diverted attention away from the important work Sesame Street is doing and I cannot allow it to go on any longer. I am deeply sorry to be leaving and am looking forward to resolving these personal matters privately." - Kevin Clash

It is not certain whether or not Elmo will continue to be shown on Sesame Street with a new voice behind him or not. Although, I don't think Clash would allow that to occur. He probably has rights on everything concerning Elmo.

3. Scandal

I know I am super late on this, but I have been getting my life with this show Scandal. All I have to say is...Kerry Washington you did this girl! This show is EVERYTHING. If you haven't already, get into this! Scandal comes on every Thursday at 10/9c on ABC.

4. Victoria Secret Fashion Show

The 2012 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show aired yesterday and it was flawless, as usual. It featured themes like: the circus, calendar girls, flowers in bloom. Alessandra Ambrosio had the pleasure of wearing the $2.5 million Fantasy Bra, and she was absolutely stunning! Every piece in the show was great and unique. I also really enjoy how diverse the "Angels" are becoming.

The Weekly Round-Up

So, I've decided to start doing this thing that I like to call "The weekly round-up" where I talk about some of the things that are occurring in the wonderful world of  entertainment and pop culture. So many things happen and it's hard to keep up with them all sometimes. So, here are a few if you missed them.

1.) Jelena is over...I think?!

Thousands of Beliebers rejoiced at the discovery that Justin Bieber and his girlfriend (or ex-girlfriend) , Selena Gomez split up. They finally get to have their "man" back...or do they? There is still speculation that the two might be reconciling, but no one knows for sure. Personally, I think that the both of them are so young. Why are they in such a rush to be held down?! Go live a little! Plus, there is also talk that the biebs proposed to Selena? really? I'm not sure if that's true, but if it is...honey, I don't know about anyone else, but at 18 and 20 years old I'm not trying to be anyone's husband, or wife! I guess we will just have to see how this pans out.

2.) Queen Mother Bey on IG

Beyonce has decided to grace us all with her presence on the social networking site Instagram. If you are not following her already, please get your life and do so. Her instagram name is @BaddieBey.

3.) Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 2

On November 16, 2012 the final installment of the Twilight Saga hit the theaters, and thousands of Twilight fans all over the nation went out to bid goodbye to the immortal characters whom they had grown to love. I too made my way to the theater, and I must say, this movie was worth every penny! It gave me fear, it gave me sadness, it gave me joy...It was EVERYTHING. So if you have yet to see it, I encourage you to go now.

4.) Princess Rih is Unapologetic

Rihanna just released her seventh studio album entitled "Unapologetic" and I am actually really impressed. I think this album shows a lot of growth lyrically and vocally for Rihanna, and I also feel like there is a new level of realness that she is showing. Also occurring right now, is Rih's 777 tour. Apparently, Rihanna and 150 journalist all got on a plane together for the promotional tour, and there was all kinds of mayhem because Rih wouldn't give them any dirt. However, did apologize for the lack of information dished out. She even said that she would do it again.

5.) "Cake like Lady Gaga"

Awhile back Lady Gaga released a rap song entitled "Cake", and while majority of us thought it was a joke, Gaga is taking it more seriously it seems. She made a music video for it and has released two teasers for it which you can see here. I know a lot of people are probably like " really Gaga?" , but I am completely here for this. I think its hilarious.
